Former Labette County High School athlete Brannon Green signs his National Letter of Intent to play football for Oklahoma University Wednesday morning in Altamont. Green is joined on the front row by mother Lori Green and father Ed Green.  On the back row Rico Cherico, Fort Scott Community College defensive coordinator is joined by his son (left), and Curtis Horton, FSCC head coach.. Green played for FSCC the past two seasons and earned an all-KJCCC second team bid this year as a tight end. He garnered 14 scholarships from NCAA Division 1 schools before ultimately choosing Oklahoma earlier this month.
